Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We ship via US mail (USPS) within one week of the time you place your order, generally sooner.

Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Shipping and handling in the US for four book clips is approximately $3.00. With PayPal, you can calculate S&H by clicking the "Add to Cart" button for the item you want and then clicking on "Proceed to Checkout". Then at the top of the next page you can enter your zip code and see what your shipping cost will be. Click here to see example.

Q: What if I want to add other items to the cart?
A: Return to the purchase page with your browser. If you see "web page has expired", click back one more time to get to the purchase page and add the additional item. Repeat this process until you have added all items desired.

Q: I'm having trouble ordering by PayPal.
A: Click here for a description of the PayPal purchase process. An alternative way to pay, but with fewer choices for purchase, is CCNow.

Q: How do I specify my color choice on PayPal?
A: There is a text box after you supply your ordering information. Please type in your color choice(s) if any. If the text box did not appear, you may send us your color choice(s) by email. Or you may allow us to choose colors for you.

Q: May I return my purchases?
A: You may return any item for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges, subject to the following:
- Tins of book darts may not be returned if opened.
- Products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging.
- Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.
- Please contact us if you have any questions about a return.

Q: How do I use the book clip, turn pages, and use it as a book mark?

Q: How are the colors applied on the book clips?
A: Book clips are powder coated by spraying a dry powdered plastic or acrylic onto the clip. The powder is held on the clip by static electricity and heated in an oven. Heat bonds the coating to the clip, and the clip is cooled at air temperature.

Q: Is the metallic color the same is powder coating.
A: The metallic clips are finished by dipping them in a metal alloy bath of gold or silver/nickel alloy using positive and negative energy that causes the metal to bond to the steel clip.
